MPIC Appraisal Services

With the rapid changes in the property insurance marketplace, the MPIC has emerged to provide unparalleled coverage and service. While many insurers are willing to say that they will go the extra mile to make sure you are accurately covered, your property insurer, MPIC, is backing its’ commitment with action.

MPIC is proud to announce that it is launching a comprehensive appraisal service that will be provided to each of our insureds! Beginning in 2016, MPIC has engaged HCA Asset Management, LLC (HCA) to provide comprehensive appraisals to our insureds over a five year period.

HCA is a nationally recognized service provider that specializes in working with all types of governmental entities and enjoys a proven track record of long-term relationships with many other municipal insurers across the country. With a branch office located in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, led by Vice President Mark Hessel, our service team is locally based and brings a wealth of public entity appraisal experience, having worked with dozens of similar programs, nationwide.

MPIC’s arrangement with HCA marks a new evolution in service that can be expected by public entities and demonstrates, through action, our commitment to you as insureds. More communication will be forthcoming from your agent detailing appraisal service scheduling and other information relevant to participation in the process.

MPIC Equipment Breakdown Coverage

MPIC has recognized that Equipment Breakdown coverage is an important part of a comprehensive property insurance product and has partnered with CNA Insurance to provide this coverage.

Risk Control Resources

Additionally, MPIC Equipment Breakdown insureds are eligible to take advantage of additional risk control services from CNA. These additional services include access to a wealth of risk control information across a broad spectrum of exposure types and lines of coverage. Access to much of the information and many of the courses are provided free of charge.
